Our beloved Villa Procchio stands in a perfect combination of the scents of the Island of Elba and the sea of unique colors, surrounded by greenery.
A large solarium, a wonderful veranda and the descent to the sea make it truly special. From any position, the view is something unique and the rooms offer every type of comfort.
Spread over two levels, for a total area of about 300 square meters.
Upper floor:
- a large living room with fireplace overlooking a splendid partly attic terrace with a 360 degree view of the gulf;
- an enchanting double bedroom with bathroom (exposed tub);
- a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and to the solarium terrace.
Downstairs:
- three splendid double bedrooms with bathroom
- access to the terrace with sea view.
There is also an outdoor shower adjacent to the solarium.
IN HIGH SEASON (from June to the end of September) ONLY ONE WEEK BOOKINGS ARE ACCEPTED (SATURDAY-SATURDAY).

Our luxury villa is absolutely great for an amazing journey and big groups (max 8 pax). There are roof decks, terraces, etc. The view from everywhere will take your breath away. Astonish Sunsets and Sunrises.
The Villa, recently fully renovated, is placed very close to the sea * and surrounded by greenery. From any position, the view is something unique and each room offers every kind of comfort.
It is built on two floors for a total surface of around 300 smq.
Top floor:
- a large dining room with fireplace, which opens onto a wonderful terrace / patio with stunning view of Procchio Gulf;
- a fascinating master bedroom, with an exposed bath tub;
- a fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden and to the terrace-solarium.
Lower floor:
- three wonderful master bedrooms (ensuite bathroom, shower stall)
- access to the sea view terrace.
An external shower is also available.
